You can post text and images to PosTree once per day.
Think carefully about your posts, as you only have one chance per day.
Freedom of Speech
PosTree supports freedom of speech and does not enforce strict rules about allowed or
prohibited content.
However, posts that are found to be offensive by app admins may be removed.
Spam Prevention
Spamming, including excessive posting or misuse of the API, will result in temporary
bans.
Please respect the platform and its users.
2. Content Ownership and Moderation
User-Owned Content
All content you post is owned by you.
If a copyright claim is made, PosTree moderators may remove the content or the post entirely.
Content Removal
PosTree reserves the right to remove posts that are deemed offensive or violate our
policies.
We believe in freedom of speech but will act to protect the community from harmful content.
3. Account Termination
Violation Consequences
Your account may be terminated or banned after multiple serious violations or truly
harmful posts.
Notifications of violations will be sent to your linked email account.
Account and Content Removal
You can request to delete your account and content by contacting support via email.
4. Service Availability
Downtime
PosTree may experience downtimes during major updates.
Minor fixes will be deployed globally without downtime.
API Rate Limiting
Our API is rate-limited to ensure fair use.
This limit applies to both direct API calls and app usage.
5. Changes to the Terms of Service
Notification of Changes
If we update our ToS, we will notify you via your linked Google or Microsoft email
account.
6. Age Requirement
Minimum Age
You must be at least 13 years old to use PosTree.
7. Prohibited Actions
Spamming and Abuse
Engaging in spamming or abuse of the platform will lead to temporary bans.
Reverse Engineering
Reverse engineering the app or API is strictly prohibited.
If you discover any issues or vulnerabilities, please report them to support.

Jurisdiction
The use of PosTree is governed by the laws of Estonia.
